Our Philosophy
About the Founder
Inspire Global Impact was founded by Anne E. F., an educator and program leader with more than 15 years of experience developing ethical, community-centered global learning experiences.
Born and raised in Kenya and now based in California, Anne brings a cross-cultural perspective that shapes the organization’s mission, partnerships, and student experience. Her work is grounded in long-standing relationships with Kenyan educators, community leaders, and youth programs built over many years of collaboration and engagement.
Before founding Inspire Global Impact, Anne helped lead faculty-guided programs, student leadership experiences, and community-based educational initiatives across East Africa. These experiences shaped her belief that meaningful global learning happens through authentic partnership, cultural humility, and real-world connection.
What began through grassroots involvement with a community-based school in Nairobi has grown into lasting partnerships that continue to support Inspire Global Impact programs today.
Anne created Inspire Global Impact to provide students with safe, meaningful, and accessible opportunities to explore the world, engage with communities respectfully, and grow as globally minded leaders.
We believe the most meaningful global experiences are built on respect, humility, and authentic community partnership.
